Throughout his career, Damon has built and led organizations centered on operational excellence and customer service, including Stinger Transportation and Connection Central Transportation LLC, where he successfully operated a last-mile delivery business supporting Amazon’s Delivery Service Partner (DSP) network.
Through his leadership, Damon managed large teams, complex logistics operations, and high-volume service environments while maintaining a strong focus on accountability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Damon’s career has always been rooted in service. His military background instilled in him a deep commitment to leadership, discipline, and caring for people.
