On June 30th, Best of the Batch Foundation experienced every camp’s worst nightmare: an accidental fire that tore through spaces that hundreds of campers call home each summer. Thankfully, everyone made it out safely. But the fire left behind extensive damage to the contents. That’s where Content Recovery Specialists comes in.
Our team was brought onsite to help with content cleaning across the affected areas, working through fire, soot and smoke on everything from appliances and kitchen equipment to books, furniture, tables, and computers. Item by item, we assessed, cleaned, and restored what could be saved, helping Best of the Batch take one less thing off an already overwhelming to-do list.
We’re proud to have been part of the recovery effort, and even prouder of a team like Best of the Batch that’s focused on getting kids back to camp.
